• Ceiling tiles and high-touch overhead areas cleaning
• Floor deep wash and drain area rinse
• Dishwashing and utility equipment exterior cleaning
Procedures Performed
• Applied food-safe degreaser to hood filters, walls, and cooking line surfaces
• Hand-scrubbed grease buildup from stainless steel panels
• Hot-water pressure rinse on cooking equipment and hood surfaces
• Sanitized all prep and cooking areas after cleaning
• Dried and reset stations following sanitation protocol
PPE & Safety Measures
• Staff wore protective gloves and masks
• Non-slip footwear used during wet-floor cleaning
• Cleaning conducted during non-service hours to prevent cross-contamination
